Cut the Rope HD

Help Om nom get his candy, slice ropes, pop bubbles and guide the candy to the little green guy's mouth! Cut the rope is a highly entertaining puzzle physics game that is really easy to grasp!

 

As you progress the levels get tougher with warp holes that teleport your candy and spikes that you must avoid!

The game is only $1.99 at the App Store so be sure to check it out! There is a free version for you to try with quite a few stages available here.

Army of Darkness Defense HD

The best defense game for iPad, Army of Darkness is based on the 1992 MGM movie. You must defend the Necronomicon (Book of the dead) from hoards of undead skeletons and zombies.

Loot cash, level up and upgrade your army as the enemy hoards grow in number and strength. The game features sound clips from the movie which can be a bit repetitive but don't let it stop you from playing this extremely addictive game.

Need for Speed Shift

If you like racing games look no further than Need for Speed Shift for your iPad, the graphics are spectacular and the gameplay, as like all Need for Speed games, is awesome!

Unlock 20 new cars and loads of tracks as you progress using the iPad accelerometer as your wheel, steering your way to the finish line...

The fun just goes on as you race your friends in the real-time multiplayer mode using your WiFi or Bluetooth!

Contract Killer

Contrary to its generic name, Contract Killer is really quite a fun and addictive first person shooter. Obviously you play a sniper hit-man who's up for hire, play through missions as you get paid and buy better rifles, but whats different about it is the unique touchscreen game-play.

The gameplay is very similar to your regular fraggers like Call of Duty or Counter Strike, but rather than a mouse you use your fingers to aim, zoom in and take out targets.

Contract Killer is free at the App store though you do have the option to make in-app purchases to get more credit and level up quicker which isnt necessary but i couldn't resist upgrading my rifle once in a while, so what are you waiting for? Get downloading!

Infinity Blade

The iPad really shows itself as an awesome platform for gaming in the coolest hack 'n slash in Apple's app store, Infinity Blade.

Infinity Blade isn't your "run of the mill" RPG, actions like casting spells, blocking, dodging and slashing are all in your finger gestures. Accomplish combos and parry with a few swipes at your enemy earning more XP per chained combo.

There's more, the upgrades shop is full of weapons, armour and spell rings leaving you with hours of  non-stop gameplay.

 You can buy Infinity Blade at the App store for $5.99. A small price for an epic game with endless gameplay!

Death Rally

Death Rally is hands down the most addictive top view racing game on iPad, the graphics are spectacular and the gameplay defines its own category.

Win new vehicles, guns and other modifications as you unlock new tracks, upgrade your cars and guns along the way!

Remedy Entertainment LTD has made a generous move in making this game free for a short while. So what are you waiting for? Go and download it before its too late!
